The top pocket contains a photograph and the lower compartment holds a separate card for any in house special instructions i.e.; “eye drops in refrigerator”. The purpose of the divider is to identify the person firstly by name, then by photographic likeness. They are semi hole-punched and easily pierced to fit inside the Alpaca folders with the patient’s medication.
